Phase I Letter of Interest for MPSL Funding
The City of Horton submitted its Phase I Letter of Interest for the Multipurpose Small Lakes Program funding to the Kansas Conservation Commission on November 1. The funding request made to the Kansas State Conservation Commission was in the amount of $2.6 million, the amount estimated to completely dredge the estimated 1.1 million cubic yards of sediment of Mission Lake.
