KPERS Application to Purchase Service Credits
KPERS Form 67 is available for those employees wishing to purchase KPERS membership service credits. These types of credits would for years of service with other KPERS eligible employers who contributed to the retirement system. If you are wishing to purchase service credits for years of service obtained in another state or for years of military service, KPERS Form 67PS, which is the appropriate form to be used, is also available for your use.
