Fiscal Year 2007 Budget Certification
The FY 2007 budget was approved and certified at the regularly scheduled Horton City Commission on Monday, August 21, 2006, with publication being duly made in accordance with the Kansas Budget Act, found generally at Kansas Statute 79-2925 et seq. Tax levies that are approved by a vote of the electors are not subject to the Kansas Budget Act. Washington Township v. Hart, 168 Kan. 330, 331.
