Proposed Ordinance No. 1081 (2008)
Proposed Ordinance No. 1081 would increase building permit fees in the City of Horton from $1.00 per $1,000.00 in estimated valuation of the new construction to dual based fee, which sets a minimum price plus an amount certain per square foot of construction beyond the amount covered within the minimum price. First reading on this legislation will be at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, and public comment is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2008. Public comment may be submitted in writing or in person at the March 4, 2008 City Commission meeting.
