Proposed Ordinance No. 1082 (2008)
Proposed Ordinance No. 1082 would amend new installation water tapping fees. These fees have not been amended since 1982, and the City must increase these rates in order to provide a break-even cost for the installation of new water service. First reading on this legislation will be at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, and public comment is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2008. Public comment may be submitted in writing or in person at the March 4, 2008 City Commission meeting.
