Proposed Ordinance No. 1084 (2008)
Proposed Ordinance No. 1084 allows the use of municipally-owned and -operated all-terrain vehicles on public streets and alleys in the City of Horton for performance and delivery of necessary municipal services, such noxious weed spraying, snow removal and mosquito fogging. First reading on this legislation will be at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, and public comment is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2008. Public comment may be submitted in writing or in person at the March 4, 2008 City Commission meeting.
