The Office of the Horton City Clerk is responsible for maintaining current, up-to-date databases of all firms, entities, companies, individuals and other parties interested in supplying the City of Horton, Kansas, with it's procurement needs, whether those needs be in the form of goods or services. This online Vendor Submission Form has been supplied in order to ease the process of becoming a bidder on projects, goods and services that the City of Horton may be wishing to purchase--ease for both the City Clerk and the Vendor. By signing up and denoting which good or service you are interested in supplying, you will receive communications when invitations for bids, requests for proposals, and/or requests for qualifications have been uploaded to the Procurement section of HortonKansas.Net.
