Horton, Kans. At approximately 9:50 a.m., Thursday, October 11, 2012, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment notified City officials that the water samples from the City of Horton water treatment and distribution system had been found to be clear of any bacteriological contamination and that the boil advisory may be lifted.
