All bids must be sealed and made in
accordance with the enclosed bid schedule. Street materials &
aggregate bids, pursuant to enclosed bid schedule will be for materials
only. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible
bidder. The City of Horton reserves the right to reject any and
all bids. All bids should be for the entire year of
2013. Submit bids to City of Horton, PO Box 30, Horton,
